The spring summer 2013 collection from Dolce & Gabbana is purely a masterpiece. The designer duo take us on a journey to Sicily with their laid back, simple and elegant clothes. Neutral, monochromatic and darker colors are used in the clothing; Souvenir style prints, pinstripe prints, Sicily prints and stripe prints are the main focus of the collection – they’re mainly paired with high waisted shorts, short shorts and carrot trousers. Material used in the clothing is either wool or linen gauze layered with a very fine organza or veil. Woven cotton shirts and linens with their thick hem cloth are used to give that extra raw and summer vibe. Definitely one of Dolce & Gabbana’s best collection yet!

My picks: carrot trousers, high waisted shorts, Sicily prints open collar shirt and the shoes made of cloth.
