Summer all year round.

What to do when the weather is always 35 degrees Celsius? Well… of course you take advantage of the heat and sun to do a photoshoot.  I had been meaning to do a shoot ever since I arrived in Medan, Indonesia, but I didn’t have my tripod and CF card with me. After a careful and thorough research, I managed to purchase everything that I needed for a lot less. On that same day, I drove home and immediately I set up everything on my rooftop. It was 4:30 p.m. in the afternoon, the sun was up high and bright. Sweat began to run down on my face a few minutes in and I kept having to pat my face with a tissue to get rid of the sweat. Imagine having to do that for 30 minutes, but hey––at least I managed to get some pretty good shots. Yay!

A good way to keep cool on a hot and humid day is to keep your look to a minimum––wear a t-shirt or short sleeve shirt and a pair of ripped jeans and you’re done.

Getting ready to go out for dinner with my friends now – over and out!
